# Xóa một khu vực, bộ phận khỏi cây đơn vị

Trường hợp anh/chị quản trị tạo nhầm khu vực/bộ phận hoặc công ty thực hiện cơ cấu lại bộ máy, thay đổi các phòng ban/bộ phận và cần điều chỉnh lại cây đơn vị người dùng, xóa bớt đi một khu vực hoặc một bộ phận nào đó. Để thực hiện xóa đi một khu vực hoặc một bộ phận trên cây đơn vị người dùng thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1**: Tại giao diện **ADMIN** → chọn **Quản lý người dùng**.

**Bước 2**: Tại cây đơn vị bấm phải chuột vào Khu vực cần xóa -> chọn **Xóa khu vực.**

**Bước 3**: Bấm **Đồng ý** để xác nhận xóa khu vực đó.

Để xóa một bộ phận thực hiện thao tác tương tự.

Anh/chị muốn xóa khu vực thì phải xóa hoặc di chuyển hết các bộ phận và khu vực con ở bên trong để khu vực cần xóa trở thành một khu vực trống. Nếu vẫn có bộ phận hoặc khu vực con bên trong, anh/chị sẽ không nhìn thấy nút Xóa hiển thị.

Để xóa một bộ phận khỏi hệ thống cũng cần phải xóa hoặc di chuyển hết các tài khoản nhân viên trong bộ phận đó, để bộ phận trở thành bộ phận trống anh/chị mới có thể thực hiện xóa bộ phận.
