# Thêm mới bộ phận trên cây đơn vị người dùng

Khi đã cấu hình được khu vực (Công ty). anh/chị phải thêm mới bộ phận (Phòng ban) vào khu vực đó. Trong bộ phận sẽ bao gồm các tài khoản có quyền Trưởng nhóm và quyền Nhân viên. Để thêm bộ phận bạn thực hiện như sau.

**Bước 1**: Tại giao diện **ADMIN** → chọn **Quản lý người dùng**.

**Bước 2** : Bấm phải chuột vào khu vực cần thêm bộ phận → chọn **Thêm bộ phận**.

**Bước 3**: Điền đầy đủ thông tin và bấm **Hoàn thành**

Giám sát có thể chọn “Có” hoặc “Không” để giám sát nhân viên trong bộ phận.

Trường thông tin Bộ phận: Chọn xem bộ phận đang tạo thuộc nhóm bộ phận nào. Trên phần mềm có chức năng quản lý thông tin khách hàng. Để gán được bộ phận khi thêm mới 1 khách hàng thì bộ phận đó phải được chọn là bộ phận Kinh doanh.
