# Thêm mới nhóm quyền trên hệ thống

Mỗi tổ chức được tạo ra trên phần mềm Fastwork đều đã có sẵn các nhóm quyền mặc định. Vì là nhóm quyền mặc định của hệ thống nên anh/chị sẽ không thể chỉnh sửa. Để tạo ra một nhóm quyền mới được tùy ý chỉnh sửa theo nhu cầu quản lý của công ty, anh/chị thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện **ADMIN** → chọn **Phân quyền quản trị**

**Bước 2**: Bạn chọn **Nhóm quyền** → chọn **Thêm** → Điền thông tin cho nhóm quyền mới và ấn **Lưu.**

**Bước 3** : Sau khi đã tạo ra nhóm quyền mới, anh/chị sẽ thực hiện tích tích chọn các chức năng -> Chọn xong các anh/chị ấn **Lưu**.

Khi phân quyền cho các tài khoản theo nhóm quyền hay theo từng thành viên thì anh/chị đều phải thực hiện tích chọn chức năng “Bàn làm việc” vì đây là giao diện trang chủ của hệ thống.

Với các nhóm quyền tự tạo, anh/chị sẽ tạo ra các nhóm quyền theo từng phân hệ, phần mềm không cho phép chọn nhiều phân hệ trong một nhóm quyền.
