# Mở khóa tài khoản trên hệ thống

Một tài khoản sẽ bị khóa nếu đăng nhập sai quá 5 lần hoặc trong trường hợp bị khóa nhầm. Khi tài khoản bị khóa nhân viên sẽ không thể đăng nhập vào hệ thống. Để mở khóa cho nhân viên anh/chị thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1**: Tại giao diện **ADMIN** → chọn **Quản lý người dùng**.

**Bước 2** : Chọn tài khoản cần mở khóa → chọn **Quản trị** → chọn **Mở khóa tài khoản**.

**Bước 3**: Viết lời nhắn cho nhân viên được mở khóa sau đó chọn **Đồng ý** để xác nhận mở khóa
