# Thiết lập mẫu in biểu mẫu

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **WORK** -> chọn **Quản trị phân hệ WORK+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Biểu mẫu** -> chọn **Thêm mới** để tạo mới một mẫu in

**Bước 3:** Nhập các trường thông tin cho mẫu in

Điền thông tin theo mẫu cần xuất, có thể đính kèm các trường để xuất dữ liệu có sẵn từ phần mềm với công cụ thêm trường bên dưới

Nhấn **Lưu** để hoàn tất
