# Hướng dẫn xem các công việc ở giao diện lịch biểu

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** -> chọn **Bàn làm việc**

**Bước 2:** Tại đây chọn sang tab **Lịch biểu** để xem các kế hoạch làm việc theo ngày, theo tuần, theo tháng.

Dựa vào màu sắc để nhận biết loại công việc trên lịch biểu:

* **Màu xanh lá cây**: Các kế hoạch viếng thăm khách hàng
* **Màu xanh dương nhạt**: Các kế hoạch liên lạc với khách hàng
* **Màu xanh dương đậm**: Các công việc cần thực hiện trong tháng
* **Màu xanh da trời**: Các kế hoạch đi công tác
* **Màu cam**: Những ngày có kế hoạch xin nghỉ
* **Màu tím**: Các lịch đăng ký sử dụng tài nguyên của công ty

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện chính chọn **Lịch biểu**

**Bước 2:** Hiển thị danh sách các công việc, lịch hẹn,... theo tháng, tuần, ngày, lịch biểu tháng

**Bước 3:** Kích chọn công việc, lịch hẹn,... để xem thông tin chi tiết
