# Hướng dẫn sao chép một quy trình công việc Workflow

Phần mềm hỗ trợ tính năng sao chép nhanh các quy trình. Nếu anh/ chị có các quy trình công việc gần giống nhau, anh/ chị có thể sử dụng tính năng sao chép quy trình sau đó chỉnh sửa lại quy trình mới sao chép để giảm bớt thao tác thiết lập ban đầu:

Để sao chép một quy trình công việc workflow, thực hiện như sau:

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Quy trình công việc** cần sao chép

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Dashboard** -> chọn dấu **3 chấm**

**Bước 4:** Chọn **Sao chép**

**Bước 5:** Nhập tên cho quy trình được sao chép ra sau đó chọn **Lưu**

Sau khi sao chép xong, anh/ chị vào quy trình mới sao chép để điều chỉnh lại cấu hình cho phù hợp với quy trình mới
