# Hướng dẫn đánh dấu thất bại cho một nhiệm vụ đang thực hiện

Khi một nhiệm vụ đang được thực hiện nhưng vì một lý do nào đó mà nhiệm vụ không tiếp tục thực hiện nữa, cần đánh dấu thất bại cho nhiệm vụ để thuận tiện theo dõi

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn Nhiệm vụ cần chuyển trạng thái Thất bại

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Đánh dấu thất bại**

**Bước 4:** Chọn **Lý do thất bại** -> chọn **Thực hiện** để xác nhận

Ngoài ra, trong cấu hình từng giai đoạn anh/ chị cũng có thể cấu hình với điều kiện nào thì nhiệm vụ sẽ bị đánh dấu là thất bại

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Chọn nhiệm vụ cần thất bại                    &#x20;

**Bước 2:** Nhập lý do – Chọn **Thất bại**
