## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn Nhiệm vụ cần chuyển trạng thái Thất bại

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Đánh dấu thất bại**
