# Hướng dẫn xuất dữ liệu các trường thông tin tùy chỉnh trong quy trình công việc

Với quy trình công việc Workflow thường sẽ có rất nhiều trường thông tin nhân viên phải khai báo để hoàn thành công việc được giao. Phần mềm sẽ hỗ trợ người quản lý tổng hợp các dữ liệu tùy chỉnh này và anh/ chị có thể xuất dữ liệu về lưu ở file excel nếu muốn.

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Quy trình công việc** cần xuất các trường thông tin

**Bước 3:** Ở mục **Tiện ích** -> chọn **Xuất dữ liệu**

**Bước 4:** Check vào các trường mở rộng cần xuất thông tin -> sau đó chọn **Xuất dữ liệu**
