# Hướng dẫn xem các trao đổi trong một quy trình công việc

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn quy trình công việc muốn xem các trao đổi&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Trao đổi** để xem báo cáo chi tiết

Tại đây anh/ chị sẽ xem được tất cả các trao đổi trong quy trình công việc. Với mỗi trao đổi sẽ cung cấp cho anh/ chị thông tin trao đổi đó được gửi từ nhiệm vụ nào.

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile
