# Hướng dẫn xem báo cáo tổng quan của một quy trình công việc

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn quy trình công việc muốn xem báo cáo&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Dashboard** để xem báo cáo chi tiết

Tại giao diện Báo cáo sẽ có các thông tin:

* ***Tỷ lệ chuyển đổi***
* ***Số nhiệm vụ*** theo từng giai đoạn
* ***Thời gian thực hiện*** các nhiệm vụ
* ***Thời gian hoàn thành*** các nhiệm vụ
* ***Người thực hiện** b*áo cáo chi tiết theo từng nhân viên thực hiện
