# Hướng dẫn xem báo cáo tổng quan chung của các quy trình công việc

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Workflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn xem báo cáo ở **Dashboard**&#x20;

Tại giao diện Dashboard sẽ có các thông tin:

* ***Tổng số nhiệm vụ:*** chưa xử lý, đang xử lý, thành công, thất bại
* ***Tổng số công việc:*** hoàn thành, chưa hoàn thành
* ***Số nhiệm vụ*** theo từng quy trình
* ***Số công việc*** theo từng quy trình
