# Hướng dẫn trao đổi, tương tác trong dự án

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **WORK** -> chọn **Dự án/Nhóm (Projects/Teams)** -> Chọn dự án cần trao đổi

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Trao đổi** ở thanh menu bên phải màn hình

**Bước 3:** Nhập nội dung trao đổi, nhấn **@tên thành viên** để gửi thông báo đến thành viên dự án

* Nếu cần đính kèm link hoặc file từ máy tính → chọn **Đính kèm**
* Sau đó bấm nút **Gửi**

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Từ giao diện chính -> chọn **dấu 3 gạch**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **dự án**

**Bước 3:** Chọn dự án cần trao đổi

**Bước 4:** Chọn tab **Trao đổi** -> nhập nội dung trao đổi, nhấn @tên thành viên để gửi thông báo đến thành viên hoặc @tất cả để gửi đến tất cả thành viên trong dự án

* Nếu cần đính kèm hình ảnh thì chọn biểu tượng hình ảnh để gửi, hoặc copy đường link file rồi paste trực tiếp vào trong nội dung trao đổi
* Sau đó nhấn biểu tượng máy bay để gửi nội dung đến thành viên bạn cần trao đổi
