# Hướng dẫn cấu hình chỉ tiêu đánh giá KPI dự án

Bước 1: Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Dự án/nhóm (Project/Team)**

**Bước 2**: Bấm vào dự án cụ thể cần cấu KPI&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Chọn 3 gạch ngang ở thanh menu bên phải -> Chọn **Thiết lập**&#x20;

**Bước 4:** Chọn tab KPI để thiết lập

Tại đây sẽ có các bộ đánh giá KPI dự án được thiết lập sẵn như:

* Đánh giá KPI theo tiến độ
* Đánh giá KPI theo nợ
* Đánh giá KPI theo số dư kế hoạch
* Đánh giá KPI theo số dư thực tế

**Bước 5:** Tích chọn vào các chỉ tiêu KPI muốn áp dụng để đánh giá cho dự án
