# Hướng dẫn trao đổi, bình luận trên công việc theo quy trình

## 1. Trao đổi chung của nhóm

**Bước 1:** Chọn quy trình muốn trao đổi công việc → chọn **Trao đổi** ở thanh bên phải

**Bước 2:** Nhập nội dung muốn trao đổi, **@Tag-tên** để thành viên đó nhận được thông báo.

* Có thể tag tên hết tất cả thành viên có trong nhóm bằng @Tất cả
* Có thể đính kèm file từ máy tính trong phần trao đổi.

## 2. Trao đổi riêng trên từng công việc

**Bước 1:** Từ quy trình công việc → chọn dạng hiển thị **Board** → chọn 1 công việc muốn trao đổi

**Bước 2:** Nhập nội dung muốn trao đổi, có thể **@tag-tên** để người được đề cập nhận được thông báo, có thể đính kèm file trong phần trao đổi → Sau đó bấm Gửi.
