# Hướng dẫn thêm mới một quy trình công việc(Checkflow)

**Bước 1:** Chọn **WORK** -> chọn **Quy trình công việc (Checkflow)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn 1 nhóm làm việc muốn thêm quy trình.&#x20;

Từ nhóm làm việc muốn tạo quy trình -> Chọn biểu tượng **“Bánh răng”** -> **Tạo quy trình**

**Bước 3:** Bảng “Tạo quy trình mới” hiện ra -> Điền theo các trường thông tin có trong bảng.

* ***Quản lý/Thành viên/Người theo dõi:*** phải là thành viên đã có trong **nhóm quy trình**&#x20;
* Bấm **“Thông tin khác”** để thêm các trường khác

Chế độ hiển thị:

* ***Nội bộ:*** Chỉ có cấp quản lý và những người tham gia nhóm được nhìn thấy thông tin nhóm

* ***Riêng tư:*** Chỉ tài khoản quản trị và những thành viên tham gia nhóm được nhìn thấy thông tin nhóm

* ***Công khai:*** Toàn phòng ban có thể thấy thông tin của nhóm

* Sau khi điền xong các trường -> Bấm nút **Tạo quy trình**

* Hiện thông báo **“Tạo quy trình mới thành công”** là hoàn thành
