# Hướng dẫn gửi tài liệu chung lên quy trình

**Bước 1:** Chọn 1 quy trình làm việc muốn lọc → chọn **Tài liệu**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Đính kèm** hoặc **Thêm liên kết** để thêm file vào quy trình

**Bước 3:** Chọn file cần lấy - Nhấn **Open**

**Bước 4:** File được up lên sau khi hoàn tất
