# Cấu hình tự động giao việc

**Bước 1:** Chọn 1 quy trình muốn cấu hình → chọn mục **Thiết lập**

**Bước 2:** Chọn tab Quy trình

* Thêm thành viên muốn giao việc ở từng bước theo các mục:
  * ***Thêm thành viên***: để thành viên thấy được công việc tại bước đó
  * ***Gửi thông báo***: Để thành viên nhận được thông báo khi đến bước của mình
  * ***Người thực hiện (Tích vào mục giao việc)***: Để thành viên đó tích chọn hoàn thành công việc ở bước của mình để nhảy qua bước khác.

* Kéo thanh cuộn xuống để thấy thêm mục&#x20;
  * ***Chuyển bước***: chọn bước muốn chuyển tiếp theo khi đã thực hiện xong công việc ở bước hiện tại
  * Sau khi thao tác xong → chọn **Lưu**.
