# Cách cấu hình một đơn vị/cơ sở trên hệ thống

Hình dung 1 đơn vị/cơ sở giống như 1 Chi nhánh/Công ty con. Trong 1 đơn vị/Cơ sở sẽ chứa các quỹ. Để cấu hình Đơn vị/Cơ sở thực hiện thao tác như sau:

**Bước 1:** Từ **OFFICE >>** Vào **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

**Bước 2:** Từ Tab **Thu chi nội bộ** >> Chọn **Đơn vị/cơ sở** >> **Thêm đơn vị**

**Bước 3:** Nhập các thông tin đơn vị/cơ sở và **Lưu**

* Nếu là **Quản trị của Đơn vị/cơ sở** thì sẽ thấy được tab **Tổng quỹ** và các **Quỹ thuộc đơn vị cơ sở này**

**Ví dụ 1:** Doanh nghiệp có 2 chi nhánh Miền Bắc và Miền Nam, mỗi chi nhánh sẽ quản lý một quỹ riêng. Như vậy trên FastWork sẽ có 2 đơn vị cơ sở:

* Miền Bắc
* Miền Nam

**Ví dụ 2:** Một Công ty Xây dựng, muốn tách bạch riêng các quỹ sử dụng cho Dự án, không thuộc quỹ của công ty Tổng, thì sẽ thực hiện tạo 1 **đơn vị/cơ sở** cho Dự án đó.
