# Cách cấu hình mã phiếu thu, mã phiếu chi

Mã phiếu thu/chi giúp cho doanh nghiệp quản lý Phiếu thu/chi theo một mã thống nhất, có số thứ tự nhảy lần lượt theo quy định với các Tiền tố/Hậu tố đã cấu hình.

**Bước 1:** Từ **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+** chọn **Cấu hình** =>> **Thu chi nội bộ**

**Bước 2:** Nhập cấu hình Mã phiếu thu/phiếu chi =>> **Lưu thay đổi**

**Giải thích:**

1\. **Số hiện tại:** Sẽ lấy bắt đầu từ số này khi tạo phiếu thu/chi

2\. **Độ dài số:** Là số lượng các chữ số trong phiếu. Ví dụ: 114

3\. **Tiền tố:** là Kí tự đứng trước Số phiếu. Ví dụ: PTTM114

4\. **Hậu tố:** là kí tự đứng sau Số phiếu. Theo hình trên là /2022

Thì cấu trúc sẽ là: PTTM114/2022

Ở dưới cùng của phần cấu hình chung có phần lưu ý, nếu anh/chị muốn tiền tố/hậu tố của phiếu tự lấy theo ngày tháng năm khi tạo. Anh/Chị có thể làm theo cấu trúc quy định trong lưu ý.

**Ví dụ ngày tạo phiếu là ngày 17 tháng 10 năm 2022.**
