# Cấu hình cảnh báo ngày hết hiệu lực cho văn bản Đi – Đến

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ Chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

**Bước 2:** Tại tab **Văn bản** ⇒ chọn **Văn bản đi** ⇒ tick vào ô **Cảnh báo ngày hết hiệu lực**

– Cảnh báo trước (Số ngày)

– Cảnh báo tới ai (Người tạo/người kí/người xử lý/Người theo dõi): Những người này sẽ lấy theo từng văn bản phát sinh
