# Cách thêm mới danh mục các loại văn bản

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Danh mục** ⇒ chọn **Văn bản** ⇒ chọn **Loại văn bản**

&#x20;– **Cách thêm trực tiếp**: Nhấn vào nút **Thêm mới**, điền các thông tin cần thiết và **Lưu** lại

– **Cách thêm bằng file Excel:** Vào **Tiện ích** ⇒ chọn **Nhập dữ liệu** để lấy file excel mẫu về điền vào và upload lên lại hệ thống

Chọn file để upfile lên ⇒ chọn **Bắt đầu tải file** ⇒chọn **Vui lòng tải file để hoàn tất**
