# Cách phân quyền cho nhiều người dùng truy cập văn bản

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Phân quyền** ⇒ chọn **Nhóm quyền** ⇒ chọn **Thêm ⇒** tạo nhóm quyền có chức năng sử dụng văn bản ⇒ tích chọn chức năng của sử dụng văn bản ⇒ chọn **Lưu**

**Bước 3:** Sau khi tích lưu chọn phần người dùng chọn Thêm sau đó chọn người dùng sử dụng chức năng của nhóm quyền –> Chọn Lưu
