# Cách cấu hình số văn bản tự động

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Văn bản** ⇒ chọn **Văn bản đi ⇒** Điền đầy đủ các mục của văn bản thiết lập ⇒ chọn **Lưu**

1/ Số hiện tại: là số thứ tự văn bản đang ban hành trong hệ thống doanh nghiệp

2/ Độ dài số: là số lượng chữ số (Ví dụ: Độ dài = 4  thì số sẽ là 0001)

3/ Tiền tố: Kí hiệu đứng trước Số hiện tại

4/ Hậu tố: Kí hiệu đứng sau Số hiện tại
