# Cách xem các văn bản đến cần xử lý

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ chọn **Văn bản đi – đến**

**Bước 2:** Chọn tab **Văn bản đến** ⇒ tại bộ lọc trạng thái chọn **“Chưa xử lý”**

Có thể lọc theo ngày: Ngày đến/Ngày tạo/Ngày ký
