# Cách người xử lý thực hiện xử lý văn bản đến

**Bước 1:** Sau khi văn bản đến được chuyển tiếp, người xử lý sẽ nhận được một thông báo kích vào thông báo để tiếp nhận và xử lý văn bản đến

**Bước 2:** Sau khi đã kiểm tra tất cả các thông tin trong văn bản đến và xác nhận đã đầy đủ thông tin pháp lý ⇒ chọn **đã xử lý** để chuyển trạng thái văn bản đến

**1. Chuyển tiếp** văn bản đến này cho 1 người khác xử lý và theo dõi
