# Cách chuyển tiếp một văn bản đến người cần xử lý

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⇒ chọn **Văn bản đi – đến**

**Bước 2:** Trong giao diện văn bản đến chọn trạng thái văn bản “**Chưa xử lý**” ⇒ chọn vào văn bản cần chuyển tiếp

**Bước 3:** Tại giao diện của văn bản đến vừa chọn bấm chuyển tiếp ⇒ chọn **người xử lý**, **người theo dõi,** **nội dung chuyển tiếp** của văn bản đến ⇒ chọn **Chuyển tiếp**

Nếu có nhiều Văn bản đến cùng chuyển tiếp đến một người xử lý, anh/chị có thể thực hiện chuyển tiếp nhanh như sau:\
Từ tab **Văn bản đến** ⇒ chọn trạng thái “**Chưa xử lý**” ⇒ chọn những văn bản cần gán người xử lý

Chọn **Người xử lý** ⇒ chọn **Thêm**

Gán nhanh **Người theo dõi**
