# Phân quyền cho một nhóm người

**Bước 1 :** Từ menu **OFFICE** ⟶  “**Quản trị phân hệ OFFICE+**”

**Bước 2:** Tại giao diện phân quyền chọn **Nhóm quyền** sau đó ấn **Thêm**  nhập các trường thông tin và nhấn **Lưu** để thêm mới một nhóm nhóm quyền

**Bước 3:** Sau khi thêm mới **click chọn** nhóm quyền mình vừa tạo, **tích chọn** chức năng của nhóm quyền (cột bên phải) và ấn **lưu** để hoàn tất

**Bước 4 :** Chọn tab **người dùng,** bấm **Thêm** và **chọn** những tài khoản được phép sử dụng tính năng giám sát vị trí => **Lưu**
