# Hướng dẫn cá nhân theo dõi bảng chấm công

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

### 1.1. **Giao diện Bàn làm việc**

**Bước 1:** Từ Giao diện chính chọn **Bảng chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Bảng chấm công cá nhân

Xem theo dạng bảng:

### 1.2. Giao diện **Bảng chấm công**

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Bảng chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Hiển thị bảng công.

* Tại đây có thể click vào từng ngày để xem chi tiết dữ liệu

* Chọn tab **Chấm công** để xem hình ảnh chấm công

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Từ màn hình giao diện chọn bảng menu góc dưới màn hình

**Bước 2:** Chọn Bảng công

**Bước 3:** Thông tin bảng chấm công

* ***Ngày công:*** Tổng số ngày thực tế chấm công
* ***Quỹ phép:*** Tổng số phép còn thực tế
* ***Đi muộn:*** Tổng hợp tổng số lần đi muộn, tổng số phút đi muộn&#x20;
* ***Về sớm:*** Tổng hợp tổng số lần về sớm, tổng số phút về sớm
* ***Làm thêm:*** Tổng số giờ làm thêm trong 1 tháng ( thực hiện chấm công đầy đủ, có làm đơn làm thêm và được duyệt)
* ***Công tác:*** Tổng số ngày đi công tác
* ***Tăng ca:*** Tổng số công tăng ca, tổng số giờ tăng ca ( thực hiện chấm công đầy đủ, có làm đơn tăng ca và được duyệt)
* ***Nghỉ bù***: Quỹ nghỉ bù của nhân viên (nếu có)

**Bước 4:** Để xem chi tiết công từng ngày click vào vòng tròn số công thực tế

* ***Màu trắng:*** Ngày có hoạt động chấm công bình thường
* ***Màu vàng:*** Ngày có hoạt động đi chấm công đi muộn, về sớm, không chấm công hoặc có đơn từ
* ***Màu xanh lá:*** Ngày công đang xem
