# Hướng dẫn trao đổi trên đơn từ

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Đơn từ chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Chọn một đơn chấm công cần trao đổi

**Bước 3:** Chuyển qua tab **Trao đổi** -> trao đổi nội dung bằng cách @Tag tên người cần trao đổi **->** chọn **Gửi** để hoàn tất.

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

* **Bước 1:** Từ giao diện chính chọn **dấu 3 gạch**&#x20;
* **Bước 2:** Chọn **Đơn từ** -> chọn đơn cần trao đổi
* **Bước 3:** Kéo xuống mục trao đổi, thực hiện @tag\_tên người cần trao đổi
* **Bước 4:** Bấm vào icon máy bay để gửi
