# Hướng dẫn lọc tìm đơn từ của nhân viên đã gửi

## 1. Thao tác trên giao diện web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM ->** chọn **Đơn từ chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Đơn tôi duyệt** -> ở mục **Trạng thái** anh/chị chọn theo trạng thái đơn muốn xem

Tại đây anh/chị sẽ lọc được các loại đơn theo trạng thái Đã duyệt/Chờ duyệt hay Không duyệt

Nếu anh/chị muốn lọc theo trạng thái xem mình đã duyệt đơn hay chưa chọn **Tôi duyệt** và chọn Trạng thái tương ứng:

* ***Đã duyệt:*** Tôi đã phê duyệt
* ***Chưa duyệt:*** Đơn này tôi chưa phê duyệt

## 2. Thao tác trên mobile

**Bước 1:** Từ giao diện chính -> chọn bảng menu ở góc dưới bên phải

**Bước 2:** Tại bảng menu ở mục **Giám sát** -> chọn **Duyệt đơn từ**

Tại đây sẽ hiển thị ra các loại đơn theo từng trạng thái, mỗi trạng thái được chia thành các tab riêng.&#x20;

* Chờ duyệt: Bạn chưa duyệt
* Chưa đến lượt duyệt: Đơn đang chờ duyệt nhưng chưa tới lượt bạn duyệt
* Bước đã duyệt: Đơn chưa duyệt nhưng bạn đã duyệt xong bước của mình
* Đơn đã duyệt: Đơn đã phê duyệt xong
