# Hướng dẫn cách duyệt đơn từ

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** → chọn **Đơn từ chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Tại **Danh sách đơn từ** -> Chọn Đơn cần duyệt.&#x20;

(Hoặc anh/chị có thể thực hiện truy cập từ thông báo đến để truy cập vào đơn cần duyệt)

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Duyệt**

Bước 4: Chọn **Đồng ý** hoặc **Từ chối**

* ***Đồng ý:*** phế duyệt đơn từ nhân viên đã gửi
* ***Từ chối:*** không duyệt đơn từ nhân viên đã gửi

## 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện chính chọn dấu 3 gạch

**Bước 2:** Tại mục **GIÁM SÁT** -> chọn **Duyệt đơn**

**Bước 3:** Tại đơn cần duyệt, chọn **Từ chối** hoặc **Đồng ý** sau đó nhập ghi chú duyệt đơn
