# Hướng dẫn xem báo cáo tổng hợp số công theo từng địa điểm làm việc

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Báo cáo chấm công** -> chọn **Báo cáo tổng hợp công theo ca**

**Bước 2:** Tại **Địa điểm chấm công** -> chọn **Địa điểm cần xem dữ liệu**

**Bước 3:** Để xuất dữ liệu anh/ chị chọn **Xuất excel**

Với những ngày có đơn từ chấm công thì dữ liệu đơn từ sẽ được hiển thị trên tất cả các địa điểm chấm công. Vì trong đơn từ không có liên kết với địa điểm chấm công cụ thể nên sẽ không thể hiển thị riêng cho địa điểm nào. Với những nhân viên có gửi đơn từ, khi xem dữ liệu anh/chị cần lưu ý điều này để tránh hiểu sai thông tin.
