# Hướng dẫn nhập dữ liệu chấm công từ máy chấm công vân tay lên phần mềm Fastwork

Nếu doanh nghiệp anh/ chị có một khối lượng lớn đội ngũ nhân viên không có smartphone, không thể thực hiện chấm công bằng phần mềm Fastwork.

Anh/ chị có nhu cầu tích hợp dữ liệu lên cùng hệ thống để quản lý tập trung và tính lương cho nhân viên

Fastwork hỗ trợ tính năng nhập dữ liệu chấm công từ máy chấm công vân tay lên phần mềm.

## 1. Cấu hình cho phép nhập dữ liệu

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Quản trị phân hệ HRM+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Cấu hình** -> chọn **Cài đặt chung**

**Bước 3:** Chọ **Cho phép** nhập excel hoạt động chấm công nhân viên bảng chấm công&#x20;

-> chọn **Lưu** để lưu lại cấu hình

## 2. T**hực hiện cập nhật công làm việc cho nhân**

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Bảng chấm công**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Tiện ích** -> chọn **Nhập excel hoạt động chấm công nhân viên**

**Bước 3:** Để thực hiện nhập được dữ liệu anh/ chị thực hiện tải file mẫu để nhập đúng theo trường thông tin quy định của phần mềm

**Bước 4:** Nhập dữ liệu vào file excel

* ***Mã nhân viên:*** là ID đăng nhập của nhân viên trên phần mềm FastWork **(bắt buộc phải nhập)**
* ***Tên nhân viên:*** Tên hiển thị của nhân viên (không bắt buộc)
* ***Thời gian:*** Thời gian chấm công vào-ra xuất ra từ máy chấm công vân tay&#x20;

Định dạng thời gian: tháng/ngày/năm giờ vào ra (AM hay PM)

**Ví dụ:**&#x20;

* Chấm công vào 06:50:00 ngày 01/04/2021 -> nhập: <mark style="color:red;">**01/04/2021 06:50:00 AM**</mark>
* Chấm công ra 18:50:00 ngày 01/04/2024 -> nhập: <mark style="color:red;">**01/04/2021 06:50:00 PM**</mark>

**Bước 5:** Sau khi điền đủ thông tin thực hiện tải file dữ liệu lên hệ thống
