# Hướng dẫn thêm mới bảng lương lặp lại

Bảng lương lặp lại, người dùng có thể tối ưu hóa việc làm lương tháng cho bộ phận kế toán, nhân sự

* Lựa chọn được mẫu bảng lương tương ứng cho từng phòng ban, bộ phận
* Lựa chọn được các tháng sẽ áp dụng theo mẫu bảng lương tương ứng

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** -> chọn **Bảng tính lương** -> chọn **Bảng lương lặp lại**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Thêm mới**

**Bước 3:** Chọn mẫu bảng lương -> chọn **Đồng ý**

**Bước 4:** Nhập/chọn thông tin vào bảng lương

* ***Tên bảng lương***
* ***Năm áp dụng:***
* ***Mẫu bảng lương:*** Lựa chọn mẫu bảng lương tương ứng
* ***Tháng áp dụng:*** Các tháng áp dụng theo mẫu bảng lương này
* ***Người lập bảng lương:*** Nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm làm bảng lương hàng tháng
* ***Người thẩm định bảng lương:*** Quản lý chịu trách nhiệm thẩm định lại tính đúng sai của bảng lương
* ***Người kiểm tra bảng lương:*** Quản lý chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra lại tính đúng sai của bảng lương sau khi đã thẩm định
* ***Người phê duyệt bản lương:*** Lãnh đạo chịu trách nhiệm phê duyệt bảng lương trước khi ban hành và thực hiện chi trả lương
* ***Bộ phận, nhiên viên áp dụng:*** Lựa chọn bộ phận và nhân viên sẽ tính lương theo mẫu bảng lương này

Bấm **Lưu** để thêm thành công
