# Hướng dẫn cập nhật/chỉnh sửa nội dung thông báo

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** → chọn **Thông báo**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Biên tập**

**Bước 3:** Chọn thông báo chưa được ban hành để chỉnh sửa

**Bước 4:** Thực hiện điều chỉnh và bấm **Lưu thay đổi**

* Đối với tài khoản soạn thảo thông báo chỉ cập nhật, chỉnh sửa được thông báo khi thông báo đó ở trạng thái chờ duyệt hoặc trạng thái bản thảo.
* Đối với tài khoản duyệt thông báo có thể cập nhật, chỉnh sửa được khi thông báo đó chưa được ban hành.
