# Hướng dẫn thiết lập công thức KPI

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **HRM ⇒** chọn **Quản trị phân hệ HRM+**

**Bước 2:** Ở mục **Cấu hình** **⇒** chọn **Công thức KPI ⇒** chọn **Thêm mới**

**Bước 3:** Điền thông tin sau đó bấm **Lưu**

* **Tên công thức:** Nhập tên công thức tính (ví dụ: Công thức tính thang điểm 5)
* **Loại công thức:** Nhập tên loại công thức tính (ví dụ: Thang điểm)
* **Mô tả:** Nhập mô tả về công thức tính (nếu có)
* **Công thức:** Thiết lập công thức xếp loại bằng cách bấm vào Thêm thang điểm\
  Ví dụ: Từ 0 đến 50 điểm =>> Xếp loại B =>> chọn màu cho xếp loại\
  &#x20;          Từ 51 đến 100 điểm =>> Xếp loại A =>> chọn màu cho xếp loại
