# Hướng dẫn theo dõi KPI của một nhân viên, phòng ban

## 1. Thao tác trên Web

**Bước 1:** Chọn HRM ⇒ chọn **KPI ⇒** chọn **Theo dõi KPI**

**Bước 2:** Lọc theo từng phòng ban, năm và tháng để tìm kiếm.

**Bước 3:** Chọn vào từng nhân viên để theo dõi.&#x20;

Tại đây, mình có thể theo dõi KPI  dưới dạng bảng hoặc dạng biểu đồ.

### 2. Thao tác trên Mobile

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện chính chọn dấu 3 gạch góc phải màn hình

Bước 2: Chọn mục KPIs để theo dõi

**Bước 3:** Để thay đổi tháng xem KPI, chọn **icon phễu**&#x20;

**Bước 4:** Chọn tháng cần xem dữ liệu
