# Hướng dẫn thêm mới tiêu chí đánh giá KPI

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** ⇒ chọn **KPI ⇒** chọn **Danh mục KPI**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Thêm mới** để thêm mới tiêu chí KPI

**Bước 3:** Điền thông tin sau đó bấm **Lưu**

* ***Mã KPI, Tên KPI***
* ***Viễn cảnh:*** Lựa chọn KPI này thuộc viễn cảnh nào&#x20;
* ***Tần suất đo:*** chu kỳ đo lường KPI(theo tháng, quý, năm)
* ***Đơn vị đo:*** Nhập đơn vị đo lường giá trị KPI ví dụ như công việc, Điểm %,...
* ***Chiều hướng tốt:*** Xác định chiều hướng tốt cho KPI                                                          &#x20;
  * ***Tăng:*** Những KPI như doanh thu, độ hài lòng, hợp đồng,... có chiều hướng tăng là tốt
  * ***Giảm:*** Các chỉ số về chi phí, tỷ lệ sản phẩm lỗi,... có chiều hướng giảm là tốt
* ***Tự động tính kết quả từ tháng ra quý/ra năm:*** Được tính theo hàm tổng hoặc hàm trung bình
* ***Cách đo lường:*** Mô tả cách tính KPI
