# Hướng dẫn điều chỉnh kết quả thực hiện chỉ tiêu KPI

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** → chọn **KPI** → chọn **Đánh giá KPI**

**Bước 2:** Chọn vào từng phiếu giao KPI để xem đánh giá

**Bước 3:** Chuyển sang tab **Đánh giá KPI** để xem đánh giá của nhân viên

**Bước 4:** Với kết quả Người báo cáo gửi lên báo cáo, người có quyền thẩm định có thể:

* Điều chỉnh kết quản KPI tại cột **Điều chỉnh**. Nếu trường hợp không đồng ý với kết quả thực hiện sẽ nhập lại giá trị ở cột điều chỉnh
* Nhập xong thông tin điều chỉnh chọn **Lưu thay đổi**
* Trường hợp không muốn nhập kết quả điều chỉnh mà thông tin báo cáo đang sai có thể chọn **Báo cáo lại** để trả lại về cho người báo cáo

**Bước 5:** Sau khi điều chỉnh xong hoặc đồng ý với kết quả báo cáo, người thẩm định thực hiện chọn **Gửi phê duyệt**
