# Hướng dẫn điều chỉnh chỉ tiêu giao trong phiếu đánh giá KPI

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM ⇒** chọn **KPI ⇒** chọn **Đánh giá KPI**

**Bước 2:** Chọn vào từng phiếu giao KPI

**Bước 3:** Chuyển sang tab **Đánh giá KPI** để xem đánh giá của nhân viên ⇒ điều chỉnh lại chỉ tiêu giao ở cột **Chỉ tiêu giao**

**Bước 4:** Chọn vào mục **tính lại KPI** để phần mềm cập nhật lại điểm KPI sau khi điều chỉnh

**Bước 5:** Sau khi chỉnh chỉ tiêu giao ⇒ chọn vào mục **Lưu thay đổi** để lưu lại.
