# Hướng dẫn đánh giá KPI

**Bước 1:** Chọn **HRM** → chọn **KPI** → chọn **Đánh giá KPI**

**Bước 2:** Chọn vào từng phiếu giao KPI để xem thông tin và thực hiện báo cáo

**Bước 3:** Chuyển sang tab **Đánh giá KPI** để xem đánh giá của nhân viên

**Bước 4:** Xem điểm tổng KPI của nhân viên ở mục Điểm KPI

* Với các tiêu chí dữ liệu tổng hợp tự động phần mềm sẽ tự cập nhật vào cuối mỗi ngày
* Với các tiêu chí dữ liệu có nguồn tự nhập → Người báo cáo thực hiện nhập vào ô KD thực hiện để gửi báo cáo đánh giá
* Sau khi lưu xong giá trị → chọn Lưu thay đổi để phần mềm tính lại điểm KPI cho nhân viên
* Cập nhật đủ dữ liệu thực hiện chọn **Gửi báo cáo** lên cấp quản lý phê duyệt
