# Cách gửi email cho ứng viên dự tuyển từ phần mềm

Phần mềm có tính năng tích hợp email và hỗ trợ người dùng thực hiện gửi email ngay trên phần mềm thay vì truy cập email để thực hiện gửi mail. Để thực hiện gửi email trực tiếp trên phần mềm thao tác như sau:

Từ menu **HRM** -> chọn **Tuyển dụng**

Tại giao diện quản lý Tuyển dụng -> chọn **HỒ SƠ ỨNG VIÊN**

Ở giao diện Hồ sơ ứng viên hiện ra -> thực hiện click vào biểu tượng email trước tên ứng viên cần gửi

Nhập nội dung email hoặc chọn từ mẫu email đã thiết lập

Nhập đủ thông tin email -> chọn Gửi để thực hiện gửi mail từ phần mềm.&#x20;

* Để thực hiện gửi mail từ phần mềm, người dùng cần thực hiện thiết lập tích hợp email vào tài khoản Fastwork.&#x20;
* Phần mềm chỉ hỗ trợ người dùng thực hiện gửi email nhưng chưa hỗ trợ nhận email trên hệ thống. Email gửi từ phần mềm sẽ được lưu tại mục Nhật ký gửi email và cũng sẽ được lưu ở Hộp thư đi của tài khoản email tích hợp.&#x20;
