# Cách chuyển trạng thái cho một hồ sơ ứng viên

Phần mềm cho phép người dùng có thể chuyển đổi trạng thái trên một hồ sơ ứng viên. Để thực hiện chuyển đổi trạng thái anh/chị thực hiện như sau:

Từ menu **HRM** -> chọn **Tuyển dụng**

Tại giao diện quản lý Tuyển dụng -> chọn **HỒ SƠ ỨNG VIÊN**

Ở giao diện Hồ sơ ứng viên hiện ra -> thực hiện click vào thông tin ứng viên cần chuyển trạng thái

Tại giao diện thông tin hồ sơ của ứng viên -> chọn nút **Chuyển trạng thái** -> Nhập thông tin trạng thái thay đổi -> sau đó chọn **Lưu thay đổi**

Phần mềm chỉ cho phép chuyển đổi trạng thái giữa 3 trạng thái: mới tiếp nhận - Tiềm năng - Không phù hợp. Anh/chị không thể chuyển đổi hồ sơ sang Đang tuyển dụng hoặc Đã trúng tuyển. Vì 2 trạng thái này là 2 trạng thái dành cho 1 ứng viên đang nằm trong một kế hoạch tuyển dụng nào đó.&#x20;
