# Hướng dẫn tạo một công việc trực tiếp từ một tài sản

<mark style="color:red;">**Tình huống 1:**</mark> Trong quá trình sử dụng thiết bị tài sản, sẽ có trường hợp máy móc thiết bị hư hao, lúc này Người sử dụng có thể báo hỏng, đồng thời Tạo 1 công việc giao cho bộ phận IT của công ty thực hiện việc mang máy đi sửa. Khi hoàn thành xong việc sửa, bộ phận IT sẽ báo cáo trên công việc.

<mark style="color:red;">**Tình huống 2:**</mark> Quản lý bàn giao 1 bộ máy tính để bàn cho nhân sự mới. Khi bàn giao, đồng thời sẽ tạo 1 công việc giao cho bộ phận IT đến vị trí của nhân sự để thực hiện cài đặt máy móc, các phần mềm cho nhân sự.

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **HRM** -> chọn **Quản lý tài sản**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Tất cả tài sản** -> chọn **tài sản** cần thêm công việc

**Bước 3:** Ở mục công việc chọn **Thêm công việc**

**Bước 4:** Điền thông tin công việc -> Bấm **Lưu và đóng**

* **TƯƠNG TÁC TRÊN TÀI SẢN:**

Trong 1 tài sản, có thể xem thống kê lịch sử hoạt động của tài sản đó, và khi cần trao đổi tương tác với những người có liên quan tới tài sản, anh/ chị cũng có nơi trao đổi trực tiếp ngay trên tài sản đó
