# Hướng dẫn sử dụng bộ lọc tài sản trên phần mềm

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **HRM** -> chọn **Quản lý tài sản**

**Bước 2:** Tại **Dashboard** có thể lọc được những tài sản đang quản lý đang sử dụng hoặc nhận bàn giao:

* ***Tôi quản lý***
* ***Tôi nhận bàn giao***
* ***Tôi sử dụng***

**Bước 3:** Tại **Loại tài sản** bạn có thể lọc và xem thông tin tài sản theo từng loại

**Bước 4:** Tại **Hiện trạng sử dụng** bạn có thể lọc và xem thông tin của những tài sản đang sử dụng hoặc không sử dụng

**Bước 5:** Tại **Tình trạng tài sản** anh/ chị có thể lọc và xem thông tin của tài sản theo tình trạng: bình thường, hỏng. v...v...

**Bước 6:** Tại **Đối tượng sử dụng** anh/ chị có thể lọc và xem thông tin tài sản theo từng nhân viên, phòng ban cụ thể.

**Bước 7:** **Kiểm tra hạn bảo hành** của tài sản theo tháng này, tháng sau hoặc đã hết hạn bảo hành

Có thể kết hợp nhiều bộ lọc cùng nhau để lọc và tìm kiếm thông tin.\
**Ví dụ:** Lọc những Loại Tài sản là **Xe ô tô hết hạn bảo hành trong tháng này do mình quản lý -> Kết hợp bộ lọc:** Tôi quản lý + Loại tài sản (Xe ô tô) + Hạn bảo hành (Hết hạn bảo hành tháng này)
