# Cách xin đổi ca làm việc trong mô hình quản lý chuỗi

Sau khi đã đăng ký ca làm việc được duyệt hoặc đã được phân ca làm việc nhưng có việc bận không thể đi làm đúng lịch, nhân viên thường chọn cách đổi ca làm việc cho nhân viên khác. Để thực hiện đổi ca làm việc thao tác như sau:

Từ menu **OFFICE** **⇒** chọn **Quản lý chuỗi**

Tại danh sách các cơ sở **⇒** chọn **cơ sở làm việc cần đổi ca**

Chọn **Quản lý phân ca ⇒** chọn **3 chấm** **⇒** chọn **Đổi ca**

Nhập thông tin ca cần đổi

**– Kiểu đổi ca:** Thực hiện đổi ca chính mình hay đổi ca cho nhân viên khác?

– **Nhân viên, ngày, ca cần đổi:** phần mềm lấy thông tin nhân viên cần đổi ca

**– Chọn thông tin ca muốn đổi:** Chọn người muốn đổi/ngày muốn đổi và ca muốn đổi

Sau khi nhập đủ thông tin chọn **Gửi yêu cầu** hoặc **Xác nhận** (nếu bạn được quyền duyệt đổi ca)
