# Hướng dẫn phân quyền cho nhân viên

## Phân quyền theo người dùng

Với những người dùng có phân quyền riêng biệt, quản lý cần phân quyền chức năng với từng nhân viên

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ CRM+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Phân quyền** ⇒ chọn **Người dùng** ⇒ chọn nhân viên cần phân quyền ⇒ tích vào chức năng được truy cập ⇒ ấn Lưu

Phân quyền theo nhóm quyền

Phân theo nhóm quyền sẽ giúp người quản lý thực hiện phân quyền nhanh cho nhiều nhân viên trên hệ thống. Những nhân viên có quyền tương tự nhau chỉ cần gán đúng vào nhóm quyền

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ CRM+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Phân quyền** ⇒ chọn **Nhóm quyền** ⇒ chọn **Thêm ⇒** Điền thông tin cho nhóm quyền mới và nhấn **Lưu**

**Bước 3:** Chọn nhóm quyền vừa thêm. Chọn các quyền cho nhóm quyền và ấn Lưu.

**Bước 4:** Chọn Nhóm quyền cần thêm người dùng ⇒ Chọn người dùng ⇒ chọn Thêm

**Bước 5: Tích chọn nhân viên cần vào nhóm quyền ⇒ chọn Lưu để thêm nhân viên vào nhóm quyền**
