# Cách thiết lập danh mục yêu cầu hỗ trợ

**Bước 1:** Từ menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Quản trị phân hệ CRM+**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **Danh mục** ⇒ chọn **Yêu cầu hỗ trợ** ở thanh menu bên trái màn hình ⇒ chọn **Yêu cầu hỗ trợ ⇒** chọn **Thêm mới**

**Bước 3:** Nhập mã loại yêu cầu, tên loại yêu cầu.\
Bấm **Lưu** để thêm mới thành công&#x20;
