# Cách Thêm mới , xóa và sửa nhóm kỹ thuật

## Cách tạo nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**

**Bước 2:** Chọn **+** Nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật

**Bước 3:** Nhập các thông tin theo các trường có sẵn: mã quy trình, tên quy trình, mô tả, thành viên sau đó bấm **Lưu**

## Cách sửa nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**

**Bước 2:** Bấm chọn Nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật ⇒ chọn biểu tượng hình bánh răng ⇒ chọn **Sửa nhóm**

Bước 3: Tại đây, bạn thực hiện chỉnh sửa thông tin nhóm và thành viên trong nhóm sau đó bấm **Lưu**

## Cách xóa nhóm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật

**Bước 1:** Tại menu **CRM** ⇒ chọn **Hỗ trợ (Tickets)**
